Agreement to Terms
By accessing Builda, you agree to be bound by these terms. Builda is a digital product owned and operated by ZYTREX SYSTEMS (PVT) LTD, a registered entity in Zimbabwe.
Material Sourcing
We act as a specialized interface between clients and hardware suppliers. While we strive for accuracy in the Zytrex Index, prices and stock levels are subject to real-time industrial fluctuations.
Payment Protocol
To ensure maximum security, all high-value hardware transactions are finalized offline at our designated Harare hub. Logistics are initiated only upon confirmed payment to Zytrex Systems.
Operational Clauses
1. Logistics Responsibility
All delivery timelines are estimates based on regional logistics availability. ZYTREX SYSTEMS (PVT) LTD reserves the right to adjust transport schedules for bulky goods to ensure safe and efficient fulfillment.
2. Quotation Validity
Digital enquiries submitted via the Zytrex Index constitute a request for a quote. Final landed totals are confirmed only upon issuance of a formal invoice by our procurement team.
3. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, where ZYTREX SYSTEMS (PVT) LTD is officially registered.
